NBA 2K20 Fitness Rules

NBA 2K20 rules can be used if you are playing alone online but for added incentives play with your squad online to see who is the real Basket ball champion. Challenge your friends in the trophy challenge room or video your fitness challenges and tag @gamersfoodco on social media for a chance to win a care package.

NBA 2K20 Fitness Rules

If you lose a quarter

6 press ups

If you are losing a game at HT

10 press ups and squats

If you are ever down by 25 points

10 squats after game

If you commit a foul

5 burpees

If you get a slam dunk the other person has to do

3 press ups

If you lose a game

10 Squats, 6 lunges, 30 second plank

Playing your friend?

The loser has to do 15 reps of the winners choice and they have to do one of the following dances:

  • Best Mates
  • Turk’s Dance
  • Electro Shuffle
  • Fresh Dance.
